We pride ourselves in the ability to build new houses with expert craftmanship, providing a home of the highest quality and specification.

An example above of a typical environmentally-friendly contract was the development of a local brown field site. Having been a former car showroom complete with petrol tanks and contaminated soil, this project threw up a variety of difficulties, including an old stone water culvert which had to be re-routed, not to mention the challenges of dealing with the existing asbestos roof. On this site there now stands five new houses, two flats and four commercial units.

Another example is a project we were specifically requested to undertake. Having started the contract with just the four walls, we inherited various problems from previous poor design, subsidence and drainage, which all had to be addressed as part of the overall project management of the scheme to complete a development of which we are now justifiably proud:-
